Student Progress Report

SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Our students have different exams and tests in order to monitor their academic progress. The score that students get at the end of each term is the result of all tests and exams that were done in that term. This tests and homework are computed with each test, homework and category carrying its percentage in the final grade in a given term.
Primary students are evaluated using homework, monthly test and the end of term exam, while secondary and high school students are evaluated using homework, Saturday test and the end of term exam.

The final grade in any given term is computed as follows;

For Primary

CATEGORY WEIGHT
HOMEWORK 10%
MONTHLY TEST 30%
FINAL EXAM 60%

For Secondary and High school

CATEGORY WEIGHT
HOMEWORK 10%
SATURDAY TEST 30%
FINAL EXAM 60%

At the end of each term there is a ‘REPORT DAY’. On this day, parents come for the reports of their children and have a chance to seat down with class teachers and subject teachers. The aim of this is for both teachers and parents to know the best road to take for good of the child. This also ensures every side play their part in ensuring the progress of the child in both discipline and academics.
